On the night of Chand Raat, there is no need to go to a beauty parlor for facials anymore. The DIY face pack I’m about to share with you will give you better and more effective results than any salon facial. Watch this video carefully to see how radiant your face will become.
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Assalamu Alaikum. I hope you are having a blessed Ramadan, and Chand Raat is just around the corner. During this time, there’s a lot of work, and sometimes there isn’t enough time to go for facials. Even if there is time, it’s often too late at night, and women hesitate to go. In fact, even men are now getting facials regularly. People ask us about this too, so I thought I’d share a wonderful and powerful DIY recipe with you today. This will save you money and the hassle of spending 8,000 to 10,000 rupees at a salon. You will get the kind of results that may even be better than what you would get at a salon.
This Chand Raat, don’t worry about going to the parlor.
The recipe is a bit tricky, so pay attention carefully. InshaAllah, once you use it, you’ll see how easy the little effort was and how effective it is.
Now, here’s what I have:
two pastes. The first paste is made from three ingredients: rice, washed yellow lentils (a slightly orange-pink color), and lentils. I took one tablespoon of each. I soaked them in water for 3-4 hours and then cooked them in enough water until they became a smooth paste. If any grains remain and they aren’t mashed properly, you can blend them in a blender. The important thing is to get a smooth paste. It’s okay if there are some grains left, but the mixture should be soft and mushy.
The second paste is made from soaked almonds. After peeling the almonds,
I took 7 almonds, added a little lemon juice, a small piece of fresh ginger, and then ground it all together. You can use a stone grinder (sil batta) or any other grinding tool. The result should be a fine paste with almonds, lemon juice, and ginger.
Once the almond paste is ready, mix it with the rice and lentil paste. You’ll need about one and a half to two tablespoons of the rice-lentil paste. The measurements don’t need to be exact, just enough to make a smooth consistency.
Now,
mix them together. This should form a smooth and creamy paste. There’s no need to add any more water or ingredients; let it stay in this consistency. The rice and lentils will leave some residue, but it will settle on your skin nicely.
You can now apply this paste to your face, neck, hands, arms, or even your feet.
After removing the paste, wash your face thoroughly.
You will notice that your pores will tighten, and your skin will shine. Your cheeks and nose will have a fresh glow, just like after a professional facial. This process will give you results similar to high-end facials like HydraFacial and Carbon Peels.
Once you’re done washing your face, take some coconut oil and dip a piece of alum (fitkari) in it. Rub the coconut oil and alum on your face for two minutes, then wipe it off with a wet tissue or towel. After this, you don’t need to do anything else. Do this at night, and in the morning, your skin will look fresh, clean, and beautiful.
The exfoliation will remove dead skin cells, dirt, and any tanning. The results will be visible in just one application. This multi-purpose mask is highly effective, and it will make your Chand Raat even more special. You’ll save a lot of money by avoiding salon treatments.
